Properties:
VAT yellow 2, also known as VAT yellow GCN, Ashlin yellow, is mainly used for cotton, silk fabric color and printing, can also be used for viscose, polyester/cotton and fiber/cotton dyeing. Protoyellow 2 is a bright yellow dye with good evenness and color, insoluble in water and ethanol. Yellow in concentrated sulfuric acid, purple in alkaline powder solution.
Applications:
Used for color blocking and printing of cotton and silk fabrics, and can also be used for dyeing of viscose, polyester/cotton and dimensional/cotton, and is usually used for dyeing of various shades of green with Reduced Blue GCDN, Reduced Blue BCS, and Reduced Green FFBChemicalbook, Reduced Green B, Reduced Green 2G, and so on. In the thread industry, it can be dyed with various light to medium colors, such as light green, fruity green, light grey, medium grey, light brown, medium brown, dark brown and so on.
